Kernalite is licensed software, not sold. The license is hard-locked to the installation domain and is non-transferable.

Permitted use

• Single-tenant CRM operations on the licensed domain only.
• Internal use by the licensed operator and authorized staff.

Strictly forbidden — protected by law

• Unauthorized distribution. You may not copy, sublicense, host, resell, or publicly redistribute any portion of this software, source code, database schema, or assets. Distribution without a separate written license from Dunn-Carabali, LLC is criminal copyright infringement under 17 U.S.C. §501–506 and the DMCA, exposing you to statutory damages up to $150,000 per work plus attorneys' fees, plus civil liability for lost revenue and brand harm.
• Reverse engineering, decompilation, or circumvention of license enforcement, the central Brain handshake, or the domain lock — a violation of 17 U.S.C. §1201 (DMCA anti-circumvention), carrying additional civil and criminal penalties.
• Removal of attribution, brand notices, EULA references, or vendor metadata from any code, page, or asset.
• Using the software to defame, harass, or fraudulently solicit any consumer or to violate TCPA / CAN-SPAM / state Do-Not-Call laws. Operator carries 100% of compliance liability under Section 7.

Audit + enforcement

• The central Brain logs every license handshake, fingerprint, and update fetch. Violations trigger immediate license revocation, hard-lock of the installation, and referral to counsel.
• Continued use of the software constitutes acceptance of these terms and the full Terms of Service, EULA, and Privacy Policy.
• This software is provided "as is" with no warranty. Dunn-Carabali, LLC bears no liability for operator-side data loss or third-party service outages.
