Kernalite Dispatch #1 — August 2026
Welcome to the first Dispatch. This is the newsletter arm of Kernalite University: what shipped, why it matters, one thing worth stealing. Issue #1 covers a big few weeks.
Shipped
- Website live chat → unified inbox. Drop the webchat widget on your marketing site and visitor conversations land in the same inbox as SMS, email and Messenger — with capture, so a chat becomes a lead, not a lost tab.
- Ad Studio. Describe the deal, get scroll-stopping ad creatives — image and video — generated inside the app, ready to post. Lives under Studio.
- Threaded support tickets. The Feedback link used to be a dead drop. Now it's a real ticket thread — you see our replies in-app, we see yours.
- Ask your CRM in plain English. Connect Claude (or any MCP assistant) to your workspace and ask "which leads went cold this week?" instead of building a report. Read-only by design — it can't send, change or spend anything.
- Starter content everywhere. New workspaces now begin with proven call scripts, an SMS script, buyer-broadcast copy, and a small SMS/email template library already loaded. Blank pages don't close deals.
One tactic worth stealing
Turn on the dialer's offer-made script and put a date in it. "The offer is good as written for the next 14 days" is not pressure — it's an honest deadline, and it turns "let me think about it" into a scheduled follow-up instead of a dead lead. The starter script that now ships with every workspace has the line already written.
Coming up
A full driving-for-dollars playbook — route, tag, trace, first call — and the first University video walkthroughs. If there's a workflow you want taken apart, hit Feedback in the app and tell us.
Run the whole machine for $99/month.
Driving for dollars, skip tracing, the dialer, cash-buyer matching — one CRM, three seats included.
