Built for the front seat, not the boardroom.
Kernalite is made by Dunn-Carabali, LLC, a small team in Haslet, Texas. We build one product for one kind of customer — the wholesaler who finds deals from the kerb — and we answer our own support.

Why one plan
Most tools in this category sell a base tier and then charge again for the parts that actually close deals: the dialer, the AI, the seats. We priced Kernalite the other way round. Everything is in the $99 plan, three seats are included, and the only thing that goes up with a bigger team is the seat count.
Why one app
The gap between finding a house and putting it under contract is where wholesaling deals die — in the export, the CSV, the second login. Kernalite exists to close that gap: drive, skip-trace, call and close inside the same record, on the phone in the car and on the desk in the office.
How we work
Releases go out as they're ready and every one is written up in the changelog in plain language. Support requests land with the engineers who built the thing you're asking about. Kernalite University, our playbooks and newsletters, is written by the people who build the product.
The guides
Three characters walk you through the product, on this site and inside the app. Each owns one part of the pipeline, so a bubble tells you who's talking before you read the name.

Lily
Greets you, drives the neighbourhood, explains pricing, and hands your questions to the engineers.

Sam
Owner records, motivation scores, the deal maths, and the assistant connection.

Maya
The first call, the follow-up, the offer, the signed contract.
