What a team costs

Three seats are in the plan. Each seat after that is $19 a month. Annual is ten months for the price of twelve, and the 30-day trial comes before either — so annual is three months you don't pay for.

Billing questions

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. The 30-day trial is the whole product with nothing on file. If you don't subscribe, the workspace locks and your data stays exactly where it is until you come back.

What counts as a seat?

A person with a login. Three are included. Drivers using the mobile app need a seat; cash buyers bidding on your make-offer links do not.

Are skip traces, texts and AI calls included?

The software is. Usage that costs a third party money — skip-trace lookups, SMS segments, minutes of AI calling, postcards — is included up to a fair-use amount on a trial, and on a paid plan you can use our providers or connect your own accounts and pay them directly at your own rate.

How is annual "3 months free"?

$990 a year is ten months at the monthly price, so two months are free on the plan itself. Your 30-day trial runs before you pay anything, which makes it three months of Kernalite you never pay for in the first year.

Can I switch between monthly and annual?

Yes, from the billing page in the app. Annual is billed once for the year; switching to annual mid-month credits the unused part of the month.

What happens when I cancel?

Your workspace stays readable until the end of the period you paid for, then it locks. Nothing is deleted on cancellation. Want a copy of your data on the way out? Export CSVs from the app, or ask and we'll arrange a full copy.
