From REsimpli to Kernalite
REsimpli manages a pipeline well. What it doesn't do is start one from the kerb. Moving brings your leads and stages across, and adds driving, skip-tracing and the first AI call to the same record.

Rebuild your stages first, then import — every imported lead lands in the right column and the follow-up sequences start from day one.
Five steps
- Set your stages. Kernalite ships with an 11-stage acquisitions pipeline. Rename or reorder it in Settings to match the names your team already uses, so nothing has to be retrained.
- Export from REsimpli. Export leads and contacts as CSV with status, owner details, phones, emails, property address and notes.
- Import contacts. Contacts → Import CSV, upload, map the columns on the next screen. The import tells you what it added and what it skipped.
- Import leads into lists. Lead Lists takes a CSV up to 25 MB per file. Import one status per file if you want each batch to land in a particular stage.
- Reconnect your numbers and mail. Point your Twilio numbers at Kernalite, connect Gmail or Microsoft 365 or your SMTP mailbox, and register your A2P 10DLC brand once. Replies then land in the unified inbox.
What moves, what doesn't
- Leads, contacts, owners, phones, emails, addresses, notes
- Pipeline status, as a Kernalite stage per imported list
- Your Twilio numbers, if you own them
- Message and call history inside REsimpli — keep an export
- REsimpli automations — rebuild them from Kernalite's prebuilt workflows, which install switched off
- Their KPI history — Kernalite's reports start on import day
