Kernalite vs. FlippingPro

Great marketing.
To whom?

Same price, near enough — $99 against $97. So the question is not cost, it is which half of the job you need. Text blasters, dialers and drip campaigns all assume you already have a list. Kernalite starts one street earlier: it finds the properties and the owners, then works them.

No credit card. Nothing charges automatically.

Where FlippingPro is genuinely good

Its marketing automation is deep and it is honest about what it is replacing: MailChimp, Calendly, ClickFunnels, a power dialer and a Zapier subscription, consolidated into one bill. The ringless voicemail, text blasting, funnel and website builder, e-sign and AI booking bots are a genuinely broad outbound toolkit, and the follow-up campaigns ship preloaded.

If your problem is that follow-up is inconsistent and you are paying eight vendors for it, that is exactly what it solves. This page is for the wholesaler whose problem is one step earlier — not "how do I contact these people" but "who do I contact".

Two halves of one job

Marketing software makes contact efficient. It does not tell you who to contact.

Marketing platform

Starts when you upload a list. Blasts, dials, drips, books. Excellent at contact volume and consistency.

Still needs: a source of properties, a skip-trace service, and something to tell you which lead is worth the call.

Kernalite

Starts in the car. Drive the route, tap the vacant house, skip-trace the owner in the same screen, AI makes the first call, replies land in the unified inbox.

Also includes: campaigns, mailers, dialer, booking pages, cash-offer pages — so the marketing half is covered too.

Two rows go to FlippingPro. We have funnel and capture pages but not a general website builder, and we do not do e-signature at all — if you need a DocuSign replacement inside your CRM, they have one and we do not. "Not listed" means it does not appear in their published feature set; if that is wrong, tell us and we will fix it.

About that stack

FlippingPro publishes a table of the nine tools it replaces, totalling $1,241+/month, for $97/month. It is a good argument. Here is the same table with our column added.

What it replaces Their figure Kernalite FlippingPro

Seven of nine, and they win two. Now the rows the table does not have — the ones that decide whether you have anyone to market to.

The honest summary

$97 against $99 is the same price. So price is not the argument, and we are not going to pretend it is. The question is which half of the job you need solved. If you have a list and need to work it consistently, their stack is well built and two of its rows beat ours. If you need to find the properties and the owners before any of that matters, none of those nine rows help you, and that is the half we built.

Figures in the first table are FlippingPro's own published numbers, quoted as they present them. "Not listed" means it does not appear in their published feature set.

When you should not switch

  • You buy lists, you don't find properties. If your leads arrive as a purchased CSV and the whole job is contacting them well, a marketing platform is the right tool and driving features are dead weight.
  • You need e-sign in the CRM. We do not have it. That is a real gap and pretending otherwise would waste your trial.
  • You need a full website builder. We do funnel and capture pages, not a general site builder.
