Kernalite vs. DealMachine

You found the house.
Now what?

Driving apps are good at finding properties. Then they hand you a lead and wave goodbye — and you paste it into a CRM you pay for separately. Kernalite is the one app that goes from the kerb to the signed contract.

No credit card. Nothing charges automatically.

Where DealMachine is genuinely good

It is a mature driving app with a large user base, a long track record, and a polished route-tracking experience. Its list-building and mail features are well developed, and plenty of wholesalers run their whole top-of-funnel on it without complaint.

If driving is the only thing you need software for, it is a reasonable choice and you should not switch on our say-so. This page is for the wholesaler who is already paying for a driving app and a CRM, and has noticed that the gap between them is where deals go quiet.

The handoff is the leak

Every export is a place a lead stops moving. Here is the same four hours of driving in each setup.

Driving app + separate CRM

  1. Drive the route, tap the vacant houses
  2. Skip-trace, or export to a service that does
  3. Export a CSV
  4. Import it into the CRM, fix the column mapping
  5. Set up the follow-up sequence again
  6. Start dialling — two days after you saw the house

Kernalite

  1. Drive the route, tap the vacant houses
  2. Skip-trace in the same screen
  3. AI places the first call while you keep driving
  4. Replies land in the unified inbox
  5. Work the pipeline to a signed contract

No export. No second subscription. No re-keying.

When you should not switch

  • You only drive. If you have no pipeline to manage and no follow-up to run, a dedicated driving app is simpler and you do not need what we built.
  • Your team lives in a CRM already. If five people are trained on something and it works, the switching cost is real. Kernalite has to be clearly better, not marginally.
  • You need a big driver team on day one. Kernalite includes three seats and charges $19 for each one beyond that. If you run fifteen drivers, price that out before you move.
